Brice is the executive director for Mile High Sober Living and an engaged member of Denver’s sober community. He is a realtor and president of Musicians Recovery Project, a nonprofit that funds treatment for those in early recovery.
Brice enjoys music, art, spirituality, and spending quality time with his son.

Melissa Gelman, Director of Operations, has over a decade of experience serving high-risk populations. With degrees in Youth and Diverse Communities at Risk and Healthcare Administration, she advocates caring, effective systems.
In recovery since 9/11/19, Melissa brings integrity and perseverance to all she does.

Lauren Davis, originally from South Louisiana, moved to Colorado after Hurricane Katrina. She found lasting recovery in June 2021 through the support at Mile High Sober Living.
Lauren joined the staff in February 2023, passionate about helping others in early recovery find the same hope and community that changed her life.

John, originally from Houston, has been sober since December 21, 2020, and joined Mile High Sober Living the same day.
Rising from house manager to Sober Living Program Manager, he supports residents’ recovery, advocates for their needs, and fosters early-stage guidance. Outside work, he enjoys sports, friends, and team fandom.

Grace Fessel, originally from Cleveland, Ohio, is a Mile High Alumni with a sobriety date of June 13, 2023. After finding support at Mile High Sober Living, she built a new life in recovery.
Now the Alumni Coordinator, Grace is dedicated to helping others find the same hope, connection, and sense of purpose she discovered.
